The Community You Will Join
As a Manager, Quality, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally to support Airbnb's Trust initiatives, working with Product, Service Managers, Regional Ops Managers, and Shared Services to deliver continuous improvement projects that have measurable and sustainable impact.

- Drive and embed a culture of continuous improvement (CI) across teams.
- Build problem-solving capability via workshops, playbooks, and learning forums.
- Manage quality teams, ensuring individual and organizational growth.
- Use FMEA frameworks to identify risks, set up risk mitigation plans, and support low-risk operations.
- Lead and execute high-impact, data-driven projects from ideation to implementation.
- Simplify processes and redesign systems for operational excellence.
A Typical Day
Strategy & Culture
- Define and implement a CI strategy aligned with business goals.
- Promote CI principles across stakeholders to drive business growth.
Capability Building
- Train teams on Lean Six Sigma, RCA, and FMEA through hands-on learning sessions.
Project Leadership
- Lead cross-functional initiatives using data and structured project management.
- Ensure on-time and high-impact project delivery.
Operations Excellence
- Identify inefficiencies, use root cause analysis to propose improvements.
- Present data-driven insights with compelling storytelling and visualizations.
People Leadership
- Coach and mentor a team of Quality Evaluators.
- Align team goals with strategic organizational outcomes.

Requirements:

Your Expertise
Must-Have:
- Minimum 6+ years in Continuous Improvement/Process Re-engineering
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or PMP certified
- Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably from top-tier institutions)
- Strong stakeholder and project management experience
- Excellent analytical, communication, and storytelling skills
- Proven ability to handle large datasets and translate them into business insights
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous or evolving situations
Nice-to-Have:
- Design Thinking Practitioner certification
- Agile/Project Management certification
- Understanding of automation tools and experience collaborating with product team.
