The Community You Will Join

As a Manager, Quality, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally to support Airbnb's Trust initiatives, working with Product, Service Managers, Regional Ops Managers, and Shared Services to deliver continuous improvement projects that have measurable and sustainable impact.

• Drive and embed a culture of continuous improvement (CI) across teams.

A Typical Day

Strategy & Culture

• Define and implement a CI strategy aligned with business goals.
• Promote CI principles across stakeholders to drive business growth.

Capability Building

• Train teams on Lean Six Sigma, RCA, and FMEA through hands-on learning sessions.

Project Leadership

• Lead cross-functional initiatives using data and structured project management.
• Ensure on-time and high-impact project delivery.

Operations Excellence

• Identify inefficiencies, use root cause analysis to propose improvements.
• Present data-driven insights with compelling storytelling and visualizations.

People Leadership

• Coach and mentor a team of Quality Evaluators.
• Align team goals with strategic organizational outcomes.

Requirements:

Your Expertise

Must-Have:

• Minimum 6+ years in Continuous Improvement/Process Re-engineering
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or PMP certified
• Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably from top-tier institutions)
• Strong stakeholder and project management experience
• Excellent analytical, communication, and storytelling skills
• Proven ability to handle large datasets and translate them into business insights
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous or evolving situations

Nice-to-Have:

• Design Thinking Practitioner certification
• Agile/Project Management certification
• Understanding of automation tools and experience collaborating with product team.
